What it is
A point of sale that runs in the browser on a till, tablet or phone. Staff take dine-in, takeaway and delivery orders, record cash or card payments, and send tickets to a kitchen screen.
What it does
- Touch ordering with options, notes, parked orders and split bills
- Cash and card payments recorded by the cashier, with receipts
- Shifts with opening counts, cash in and out, and end-of-shift reports
- A kitchen screen that updates as orders come in
- A control area where owners check card settlements against sales
- English and Arabic, light and dark themes
Where it stands
Built and tested on a local machine with demo data. It is not live yet. The picture shows the demo venue.
How it is built
React, TypeScript and Tailwind on the front end; Fastify, PostgreSQL and Prisma behind it.
