What it is
An assistant that lives in WhatsApp, which a café team already uses. Staff tell it what is in the storeroom, what arrived, what is about to expire and what did not sell. There is nothing to install.
What it does
- Takes counts and deliveries as a plain sentence or a voice note, in English or Arabic
- Reads every entry back and saves it only after a “yes”
- Works out how fast each item is used and how many days are left
- Warns when an item drops under its minimum, and lists what to order
- Flags batches that have expired or expire within three days
- Sends a weekly report and a printable Excel sheet
- Shows each person only the commands for their job; unknown numbers get no reply
Where it stands
A working build, demonstrated on a test phone number. It is not yet in daily use at a café. The picture is an illustration of a conversation, not a real chat.
How it is built
n8n workflows connected to the WhatsApp Cloud API, with an AI model for free-text messages. The common commands use no AI.
